What's the Process?

After you purchase your consultation session, an automated email will be sent to you with the detoxification specialist calendar link and a health questionnaire form (to develop your botanical protocol program). You will fill out the form and select the time that is most convenient for you on the calendar. If you do not see this email in 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder.

 

How will I sign in for my appointment?

Once you have booked your appointment (link in your confirmation email), you will receive a booking confirmation with instructions on how to sign in at your appointment time (Google Meet, Zoom).

 

What Happens After My Consultation? 

Our team will send you a link to a secure folder including your recommendations (instruction sheets on how to take your botanicals, all of the specifics to your weaknesses) and the recording of your session. Protocols from Mikael are generally completed within a 2–3-week timeframe once the health questionnaire has been completed, however it may be sent to you sooner.

What happens if our expert needs to reschedule my appointment?

We hope this doesn't transpire but if there are any conflicts in scheduling, we will reach out to you as quickly as possible to reschedule. If we can't work it out, we will refund your consultation fee. 

 

Cancellations and Refunds Policy:

If you must cancel your scheduled appointment for any reason, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

We will happily offer you another appointment if you choose to reschedule. If you are requesting a refund and cancellation of your scheduled appointment, we can provide this as a refund to the payment method used to purchase your appointment.

Refunds will not be available for no call/no show situations.​
