MYERBS LTD CUSTOMER PRIVACY NOTICE

Introduction

This Privacy Notice describes what information MYERBS LTD collects from customers, potential customers and any other individuals who contact us. MYERBS LTD uses this information for its legitimate business purposes and to better serve the needs of our current and prospective customers. MYERBS LTD is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses that data and to meeting its data protection obligations.

 

1. Information MYERBS LTD collects about you

MYERBS LTD collects and processes a range of information about you. 2. Why does MYERBS LTD need to process your data?

MYERBS LTD uses this information for its legitimate business purposes and to better serve the needs of our current and prospective customers. This could include activities such as letting you know about product services, contacting you with billing enquiries, delivering your products, dealing with your enquiries, or asking you about what sorts of services you may require MYERBS LTD’s assistance with.

MYERBS LTD shares your data with service providers that are supplying services to MYERBS LTD in order to enable MYERBS LTD to conduct its business activities or to gather information such as for surveys, evaluations/assessment tools or internal research.

 

Your data may, in some circumstances, be processed to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in connection with MYERBS LTD’s Service Providers. 7. What if you do not provide personal data?

MYERBS LTD requires certain information in order to provide you with a service, process your purchase and deliver this to you. If you do not wish to provide this information then we may be unable to provide you with a service.

 

8. MYERBS LTD Cookies Policy

MYERBS LTD websites (“Sites”) use a number of different cookies to improve the user experience and help it see what is popular with users:

  • Single session cookies. These enable the Sites to keep track of your movement from page to page in order to ensure that you will not be asked for the same information you have previously given during your visit to the Sites. Cookies allow you to proceed through the Sites quickly and easily without having to authenticate or reprocess each new area you visit.   • Persistent cookies. These cookies enable us to collect information such as a number of visitors to the sites and pages visited in order to analyse user behaviour. This information is collected in an anonymous form and will be collated with similar information received from other users to enable us to compile reports in order to develop and improve user experience by displaying more tailored and relevant content for example.  

 

9. How long will cookies remain on my computer?  

Cookies remain in the cookies file of your browser after the closing of the browser and will become active again when the Site is reopened until removed. The cookie(s) can be deleted at any time by you. The cookie(s) will not collect any information when you are not accessing the Site.  

 

10. Third party cookies  

The single session and persistent cookies are provided on our behalf by a trusted third-party service provider to aid in the reporting of user behaviour on the Sites. This behaviour is analysed to provide an improved user experience. The information collected is not linked to personally identifiable information.

 

MYERBS LTD also uses Google Analytics to help analyse the use of Sites.  Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored by users’ web browsers on their computer.  The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website.
